Challenges
Aroma Buro is a Ukrainian niche perfumery and home fragrance brand with its own stores and online sales. Active development of the retail network required accurate accounting, transparent analytics, and stable IT infrastructure. After joining the EBRD grant program, the company abandoned 1C, which no longer met security requirements and international standards. The main challenges were:
- Lack of compliance with international standards
- Need for a secure cloud system
- Requirement for a unified ecosystem for sales and accounting
PayKit solution
- 01 System selection — PayKit Cloud became the optimal choice due to its cloud architecture, absence of Russian origin, and compliance with EBRD grant program requirements
- 02 Full implementation — in December 2025, PayKit POS was implemented for Aroma Buro with warehouse accounting configuration
- 03 Integrations — acquiring was connected and integration with the Loyallist loyalty app was launched to develop the loyalty program
- 04 Data migration — transition from 1C occurred in a controlled manner without interrupting store operations
