Problems
Aroma Buro — a Ukrainian brand of niche perfumery and home fragrances with its own stores and online sales. The active development of the retail network required accurate accounting, transparent analytics, and a stable IT infrastructure. After joining the EBRD grant program, the company abandoned 1C, which no longer met security requirements and international standards. The main problems were:
- Lack of compliance with international standards
- Need for a secure cloud system
- Need for a unified ecosystem for sales and accounting
Solutions from PayKit
- 01 System selection — PayKit Cloud became the optimal choice due to its cloud architecture, lack of Russian origin, and compliance with the requirements of EBRD grant programs
- 02 Full implementation — in December 2025, PayKit POS implementation for Aroma Buro was realized with inventory accounting setup
