Return Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of items are non-returnable. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal care or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Do not return the item to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card issuer; it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time to process the refund before it appears in your account.

Items for sale

Refunds are available only for items purchased at regular prices. Sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the refund amount. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the sender had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll issue a refund to the sender, and they’ll be notified of your return.

Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are returning higher-priced items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
