Return of goods and warranty

Return Policy

According to Ukrainian law, you have the right to return or exchange purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Preservation of the product’s appearance. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, without signs of use, with complete accessories and original packaging.
  2. Documentation. You must provide a document confirming the purchase (receipt or invoice).
  3. Warranty products. If a defect is found during the use of the product within the warranty period, the product can be replaced or sent for free repair. All delivery-related costs in such cases are covered by the seller.
  4. Exceptions. According to the law, products classified as technically complex, including electronic devices and POS equipment, are not subject to exchange or return, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.
  5. Refunds. In the case of a return without defects, a refund will be issued within 7 working days after receiving the product and verifying its condition.
  6. Contact us. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support via email or phone.

Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on our products. Warranty service covers factory defects or equipment malfunctions that occurred through no fault of the user.
