Return of goods and warranty
Return Policy
According to Ukrainian law, you have the right to return or exchange purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:
- Preservation of the product’s appearance. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, without signs of use, with complete accessories and original packaging.
- Documentation. You must provide a document confirming the purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Warranty products. If a defect is found during the use of the product within the warranty period, the product can be replaced or sent for free repair. All delivery-related costs in such cases are covered by the seller.
- Exceptions. According to the law, products classified as technically complex, including electronic devices and POS equipment, are not subject to exchange or return, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Refunds. In the case of a return without defects, a refund will be issued within 7 working days after receiving the product and verifying its condition.

Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on our products. Warranty service covers factory defects or equipment malfunctions that occurred through no fault of the user.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- The integrity of warranty seals is broken.
- There are mechanical or other damages resulting from intentional or negligent actions by the buyer or third parties.
- The usage rules outlined in the operating documents have been violated.
- Unauthorized opening, repair, or modification of internal communications and components of the product, as well as alterations to the product’s design or schematics, have been made.
- The serial or IMEI number stored in the product’s memory has been altered, erased, or cannot be identified.
The warranty does not cover the following issues:
- Natural wear and tear or depletion of resources.
- Accidental damage caused by the customer, or damage resulting from negligent handling or use (e.g., exposure to liquids, dust, foreign objects inside the product).
- Damage caused by natural disasters (force majeure events).
- Damage caused by power surges or improper connection to the power supply.
- Damage caused by defects in the system where the product was used, or by connecting the product to other devices.
- Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than its intended use or in violation of operating rules.
