This document constitutes a public offer (Offer) by PAYKIT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), which holds the intellectual property rights to the software products in the form of the “PayKit” online service and the “PayKit” mobile application, regarding the conclusion of an Equipment Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) on the terms set forth in this Offer.
In accordance with Articles 205, 634, 638–642, and 901–907 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, upon acceptance of the terms set forth in this Offer by paying for services and/or performing conclusive actions to fulfill the terms of this Offer, the User who accepts the Offer becomes a lessee of the equipment owned by the Company (acceptance of the Offer constitutes the conclusion of an Agreement on the terms established in the Offer).
– a separate Agreement between the User and the Company, specifying the terms of equipment rental and the price of such access. The cost of equipment rental is 400 UAH per month and is executed via an Acceptance Certificate (Act of Acceptance and Transfer).
– an online order made through the User’s personal office or account on the website https://paykipos.com/. The User confirms their order by paying for it (acceptance). The Company reserves the right to refuse the User’s order with a mandatory refund of the paid funds. Payment is made by providing the user’s bank card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Payments via the website are processed by financial institutions. The Company does not store information or details about the Users’ bank cards. Additionally, the User has the right to generate and download an invoice and pay it at a bank.
