Opening a small store usually means dealing with several providers at once: a bank, a cash register, and an inventory program, each with its own contract, its own account, and its own support. PayKit, together with Raiffeisen Bank, brings all of this into a single Newland 950 mobile terminal, which comes to about UAH 33 a day on the “Start” plan. Below we explain how it works, what it costs, and who it suits.
How it works in practice
The cashier selects items on the terminal screen, the customer taps a card or phone, and the device immediately prints a fiscal receipt. No separate cash register, printer, or fiscal register (PRRO) device is needed.
Everything that happens at the checkout goes straight to the PayKit online admin panel. The owner can see the day’s revenue, stock levels, and best-selling items from a laptop, tablet, or phone, without standing behind the counter or driving to the store.
How much it costs
The bank rents out the Newland 950 terminal for UAH 400 per month. The acquiring rate is 1.3%. The rest depends on how many products you carry and what you need from the software.
| Plan | Total per month | Terminal + software | What’s included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Start | UAH 1,000 | 400 + 600 UAH | up to 800 products, basic inventory management, Excel import |
| Business | UAH 1,600 | 400 + 1,200 UAH | up to 2,000 products, stocktaking without pausing sales, Cashflow report, loyalty program (bonuses and discounts) |
| Network | UAH 2,100 | 400 + 1,700 UAH | up to 10,000 products, centralized network management, P&L report, priority phone support 24/7 |
PRRO connection is already included in the software price, so there is nothing extra to pay for it. This means that on the “Start” plan, a full checkout with inventory and fiscalization costs about UAH 33 a day.
Who it’s for
Primarily small retail stores that have neither the space nor the budget for a separate checkout setup. Those who still keep records in a notebook or spreadsheet and finally want to see stock levels without manual recounts. Those opening a new location who want to start simple and later move to a higher plan without changing hardware.
The “Start” plan covers the basics: checkout, inventory, and importing products from Excel. As your range and needs grow, you move up to “Business” (stocktaking, loyalty) or “Network” (multiple locations and P&L).
Who sets it up and trains your staff
We install the software on the terminal remotely. Then we show the cashier how to use it and stay in touch in case questions come up. The “Network” plan includes priority phone support around the clock.
