Connecting a Topwise Bluetooth Printer (K210, SK315) to a POS Terminal
What you need to do
To allow the POS software to print receipts and reports to the built-in Bluetooth printer, you need to get the printer’s MAC address from the Android settings and enter it into the device settings within the POS app. The entire process takes 2–3 minutes.
You will need: A POS terminal with Bluetooth turned on and access to the administrative settings of the POS software.

Step 1. Find out the printer’s MAC address
The MAC address can be seen in the settings of the TopPrinter print service. The printer may not appear in the regular Bluetooth device list, so you need to look for it specifically through the print service.
1. Open Android Settings.
2. Go to Connected devices → Connection preferences → Printing.
3. Tap on the TopPrinter service (it should show “On”).
4. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner and select Settings. The Select a printer screen will open.
5. Make sure that Bluetooth status is turned on (ON).
6. Write down the value of the Device address field — this is the printer’s MAC address, for example 18:10:77:00:10:46.
7. If you made any changes, tap Save changes, then exit the settings.

Step 2. Add the printer in the POS software
The printer is added as a new device of type “Bluetooth Pos” with the “Printer Service” connection.
1. Open the POS software and go to the menu (the Menu button at the bottom of the screen).
2. Go to Administrative settings → Device settings → Printers.
3. Check the list. If there is already a Bluetooth Pos with the bluetooth connection and the correct MAC address, skip directly to step 4.
4. To add a new printer, tap the blue + button at the bottom right.
5. Select the device model: Bluetooth Pos → Next.
6. Select the connection type: Printer Service → Next.
7. Set the device alias: leave Bluetooth Pos or enter your own name → Next.
8. Specify device ID: enter a number (ID = 5) → Add device.
The new printer will appear in the list. For now, its “Connection” field displays device_emulator — this will be fixed in the next step.

Step 3. Enter the mode and MAC address
In the settings of the new device, you need to fill in two fields: mode and macAddress.
1. In the printer list, tap the gear icon next to the newly added Bluetooth Pos.
2. Find the mode field and enter bluetooth in it.
3. Scroll down to the macAddress field (default value is XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX) and type in the MAC address from step 1, for example 18:10:77:00:10:46.
4. Do not change other fields (language, codec, lineWidth, port, etc.).
5. Tap Save at the bottom right.
After saving, the “Connection” field in the list should display bluetooth and the printer’s MAC address.

Step 4. Test printing
The easiest way to test is to print an X-report: it does not close the shift.
1. Open Menu → Cash operations → Fiscal reports.
2. Tap Print X-report.
3. In the Select print server address window, select your printer, for example Bluetooth Pos[5] (the device ID is in brackets), and tap Ok.
4. Make sure the report has printed out.

2. Tap Print X-report.
3. In the Select print server address window, select your printer, for example Bluetooth Pos[5] (the device ID is in brackets), and tap Ok.
4. Make sure the report has printed out.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| The printer is missing from the Bluetooth devices list | This is normal: we get the MAC address via Printing → TopPrinter → Settings (step 1) |
| The printer list shows “Connection: device_emulator” | The mode field was not filled in or Save was not tapped (step 3) |
| The report does not print | The MAC address in macAddress must match the Device address character for character, including colons |
| The required printer is missing in the print server selection window | Verify that the device is saved under Device settings → Printers |
| Printing still fails after all checks | Make sure that Bluetooth status and the print service itself are turned on in TopPrinter. |
Unnecessary or test printers can be removed from the list using the trash can icon next to the device
