It happens: a cashier processes a refund and you find out by accident. Or you reconfigure a fiscal key, and suddenly your report shows completely different numbers. Little things like that eat away at your time — and your trust in your own reporting.
We’ve added a few tools to the PayKit dashboard that are all about that: peace of mind and control. Here’s what’s new.
Sales no longer get mixed up between fiscal keys
The fiscal key (ПРРО key) on a register can change — sometimes even weekly. If a report only looks at the current key, past sales can end up attributed to the wrong key entirely.
The new “Sales by ПРРО key” report shows sales totals for every register and store, broken down by the specific key that fiscalized them — and it keeps that history no matter how many times the key changes. Now you can answer a simple question: how much did this specific key process, even if it’s no longer active.
EBITDA, right in the dashboard — no manual spreadsheet work
If you want to understand your business’s real operating performance, not just what’s left in the register, there’s now a dedicated EBITDA report. It’s calculated automatically from receipts, warehouse cost data, and financial documents already in the system. No extra exports to Excel needed.
Catching risky register operations — in half a minute
PayKit has long had a “Seller log” — a detailed record of every cashier action. The problem is everything is mixed together: regular sales, voids, and refunds all in one feed. Finding something suspicious means scrolling through hundreds of rows by hand, with no way to compare cashiers or see who authorized what.
The new aggregated report solves that directly: an owner or manager can see how many risky operations each cashier performed over a given period, at which store and register, and who authorized it with a manager’s PIN. When needed, you can drill down to the specific receipt.
ABC/XYZ analysis: see which products actually drive profit
Not every product on the shelf is equally valuable to your business. ABC analysis shows which products, groups, or suppliers contribute the most to sales or profit, using the Pareto principle. XYZ analysis adds another dimension: how stable demand for them is. And the combined ABC+XYZ view shows both scores at once, in a single table.
It’s the report that helps you decide based on numbers, not gut feeling — what’s worth keeping in your assortment, and what’s just taking up shelf space.
Flexible employee access rights
Previously, the system had just one profile — “Store administrator” — the same for everyone: cashier, bartender, store admin, shift manager. That meant a cashier could process a refund, void a receipt, or change a price without anyone noticing right away.
The new permissions system lets you configure access separately for each role: restrict who can view financial reports or cost data, require manager approval for sensitive operations like discounts and refunds, and see a log of exactly who did what, and when.
Reminders before your ПРРО key expires
Previously, expiring keys were usually discovered after the fact — the register would stop working, and only then would the client start generating a new key and filing form 5ПРРО. Now, about a week before expiration, the system sends a reminder to the device: time to generate a new key, file form 5ПРРО, and update the device’s configuration data.
